Our guides draw on manufacturer specifications, manuals, product documentation and retailer availability. We organise that information around practical buying decisions for Australian households.
What we do not claim
Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, BuyCheck has not lab-tested or personally used the products it covers. We do not publish made-up scores, customer ratings, prices or performance results.
How recommendations work
A recommendation is a starting point, not a universal winner. We compare products by common use cases—compact spaces, larger households, easier routines or greater control—and include a reason each pick may not suit you.
Our wellness journal
Our wellness articles are general education written by BuyCheck editorial, with links to Australian public-health information and other primary sources. They have not been clinically reviewed and do not replace individual medical advice. We separate adult sports supplements from teen self-care, and do not claim products diagnose, prevent or treat a health condition.
Product cards identify a particular item and variant. Their photographs are retailer listing images. A product being listed does not mean a health authority has endorsed it.
How the site is funded
